Since i am in a bad mood, i decided to distract myself by preparing some buns for breakfast. I got some walnuts from my mom for this recipie i found on the net during the time i started to bake my own bread.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To be honest the last months i bought bread in the bakery instead of preparing the in my kitchen. Good types of bread take a lot of time specially when they are made with sour dough.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This recipie i want to present today can be made with normal yeast. Its not difficult to make and doenst take too much time in the process.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Here are the ingrediensts that are needed for this recipie<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>345ml of 3,5% fat milk<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>330g wheat flour<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>120g rye flour<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>10g salt<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Process:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The dough<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mix all the ingredients including the yeast in your kitchen machine at low speed for 2 to 3 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After that raise the speed for about 8 to 10 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The next step is to add the chopped walnuts for a short time<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Origin of Walnut Rolls<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Walnut rolls, or &#8220;Walnussbr\u00f6tchen,&#8221; are a traditional baked good particularly popular in German and Austrian cuisine. Today, they are a staple in many bakeries and family recipes, celebrated for their comforting taste and versatility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Recipe for Walnut Rolls<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredients<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>500 g all-purpose flour<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>250 ml milk (lukewarm)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cube fresh yeast (42 g)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>80 g sugar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100 g butter (melted)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 egg<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/2 teaspoon salt<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>150 g walnuts (chopped)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Milk or egg wash for brushing<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Instructions<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Activate the Yeast:<\/strong> In a small bowl, dissolve the yeast in lukewarm milk. Add one tablespoon of sugar and let it sit for about 10 minutes until frothy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Prepare the Dough:<\/strong> In a large bowl, mix the flour, remaining sugar, salt, and optional cinnamon. Create a well in the center and add the yeast mixture, melted butter, and the egg. Mix well, then knead into a smooth dough.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Incorporate Walnuts:<\/strong> Knead the chopped walnuts into the dough until evenly distributed. Form the dough into a ball and place it in a lightly greased bowl. Cover and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, or until doubled in size.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Shape the Rolls:<\/strong> Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and divide it into equal pieces. Shape each piece into a small roll and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Second Rise:<\/strong> Cover the rolls and let them rise for another 30 minutes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Bake:<\/strong> Preheat the oven to 180 \u00b0C (350 \u00b0F). Brush the rolls with milk or beaten egg. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Cool:<\/strong> Remove the walnut rolls from the oven and let them cool on a wire rack.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Enjoy these warm walnut rolls for breakfast or as a delightful snack\u2014they make a wonderful addition to any coffee gathering!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Its Halloween and the only day off i have this week.
